      • Reason for the exchange
      • Clear photographs of the item(s), highlighting any defects or issues, if applicable
    • Once we receive your exchange request, we will review it and respond within 5 business days.
    • If your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
    • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • After receiving the returned item(s) and confirming their condition, we will process the exchange and ship the desired replacement item(s).
    • If the requested replacement item(s) is not available, we will offer an alternative or issue a refund as per our Refund Policy.
